for the video.
I just don't understand why so quick to "judge" other Muslims who don't have full beard? A question to those who are quick to "judge", are you guys prepared to be judged because of your "judgement" (which is based on assumption)? And this is not just about beard actually. Some of the members are way too quick to assume without investigating the issue at hand (any issue at all). About Shaykh Hamza Yusuf and his beard, one would expect the issue to be dicussed from Maliki's opinion since that's his madzhab. May Allah Protect us from our own destructive nature. |

Awesome, a salafi once questioned me about my beard... He said, "You are always quoting Quran and Hadith, which is good, ma sha Allah, how come you don't have a beard???" I simply replied, "Ask Allah, he made me this way, I simply can't grow one." He smiled.....
Awesome, love Shaykh Hamza Yusuf....... |

Sh Hamza Yusuf says that his beard does not grow from the sides and that people who ask about his beard have soo-al-dhann. But brother Ansari did raise a valid point in that his beard still looks as if it is shaped from the sides. Either way, he is Maliki and it is a valid opinion in the Maliki fiqh. He should have just said that. |
