Default My list of Dhikr
Before reciting Qur'an say: Subhanaallahi wa bihamdihi Subhanakal-ashhadu Allah illa illallah antha ashthaah firuka wa athoobu ilayk.

Whoever recites Al-Ikhlas, An-Nas and Al-Falaq in the Morning and Evening they will suffice him (as a protection) from everything.

Laa 'Ilaaha 'illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-
hamdu, wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in Qadeer. Say this just 1 time and you'll
ward off laziness, say it 10 times and its as if you've freed 4 Muslims from
Isma'il.

Recite when waking up in the Morning: Allaahumma 'inne 'as'aluka 'liman naafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan.

During the day say: 'Astaghfirullaaha wa 'atoobu 'ilayhi 100 times.

A'oothu bikalimaatil-laahit-taammaati min sharri maa khalaqa. Say this 3 times and be protected from insect sting's.

Allahumma salli wa sallim 'alaa nabiyyinaa Muhammadin. Say this 10 times in the Morning and Evening and you will obtain Prophet Mohammad's Salle Allahu Alayhi wa
Sallam's intercession on the
Day of Resurrection.

To protect from Jinn when you go to the toilet say: Bismillaahi Allaahumma 'inee 'a'oothu bika minal-khubthi walkhaa'ith, before entering the toilet (left foot first).
When your done say: Ghufraanak, Alhamdulillaahilladhee adh-haba annil adhaa wa afqanee, walk out with (right foot first).

When in any market say: Laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lah, lahul mulku, walahul hamdu, yuhyee wa yumeetu wa Huwa hayyun laa yamootu, bi yadihil khair, wa huwa 'Alaa kulli shay inn Qadeer. And earn 1 million good deed's, remember on Ramadan good deed's get multiplied x70! and Allah Subhanau Wa Ta'ala Al-Wahab will
multiply every good deed you do on Judgement Day by 10!

Say: MashaAllah tabarakAllah to rid a Jinn away from you and the person you say it to.

Remember your intentions for these are important, don't intend for worldly thing's but intent for your reward in Jannah because surely your emigration was what you have emigrated for.

I will be adding more here frequently.

Another big one that gives a hasnaat from every believing man and women, say this 25 times everyday: "Allahumma aghfiru lilmomineena wal mominaate wal muslimeena wal muslimaate." And there you go over a billion hasnaat and remember, mean it from the heart.

This my dhikr regimen:

100 x Astaghfirullah al-Azim alladhi la ilaha illa huwa al-Hayyu l-Qayyum wa atubuh ilayh
Whoever says the above words, Allah will forgive him even if he deserted the army ranks. - Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi.

100 x Subhahallahi wa bihamdih
Sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea, if this is repeated 100 times each day. - Bukhari, Muslim

At least 300 x durud upon the Prophet
The benefits of reciting blessings upon the Prophet are many: http://www.islam.co.za/khanka/virtues-durood.htm

In addition, there are certain duas that I like repeating:

Ya Hayyu Qayyumu birahmatika astagith
Allahummaghfirli, warhamni, wahdini, wa'afini, warzuqni
Allahummakfini bihalalika an haramik, wa aghnini bifadlika amman siwak
La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minazzalimin

We can also add "and same for everyone else whom praying for would please You ya Allah" at the end of all our duas. I heard this sister- may Allah SWT bless her- end her dua that way. Very wise of her masha Allah.
