![]() We need to start looking for a place to move to inshAllah. Here is our criteria if you can assist: 1) A boys Madressa age 11+- with or without boarding since we he will stay at home. 2) A Girls school - Our daughter is 2 and we want her to go to AN ISLAMIC SCHOOL ONLY for the duration till she is ready to join a madressa. 3) Must be within travel distance of 45 minutes - 1 hour of Stockport, Cheshire. So the options is far as Blackburn but prefer a little closer if possible. Can anyone confirm a Girls Islamic School in Bolton for that age? JazakAllah |

![]() Tauheedul Islamic Girls High School in B'burn brother. Wiping the floor with top public schools in GCSE and A-levels year on year. Check the OFSTED tables. You can't go wrong, although admission may be tough if you're not a member of the masjid. That's all I'll say. |

I was looking at this school online today. Rarely do I ask something of Allah and it does not happen inshAllah, thus the 'medium' will present itself even though I may not be a member of that Masjid. In fact I called a guy in the locality today and I believe that his father is of influence.... That said I am not interested in High School On an off note I believe they have been approved for the first Islamic Boys high school with Government funding mentioned in the Telegraph. I heard some positive about a girls nursery in Blackburn so blackburn seems like a good choice. For some reason Dewsbury completely slipped my mind, I think since we were fixated to Bolton for so long therefore just moved in that direction. Brother Ahmed can you tell me about a girls Primary school in Dewsbury so I can call up asap? Am also thinking of Preston ... Make dua Allah make it easy. |

Asaalamualaykum I am new to this forum. I'm not sure where To post so I'm posting here(I'm new to forums lol). so basically I would really apreciate some HELP and advise from fellow Muslims. I have been a Muslim all my life, but since I was young I gave no real attention to Islam or islamic education, my family would obviously telling me stuff here and their I learned how to read Quran etc in my local mosque and how to pray( basics evry Muslim knows) I left mosque at 15, at the time I wS the average kid, I was always outside with friends etc. Or playing games. As with most kids probably I hated going school and for that matter even mosque. Evry day after school we went mosque where we sat for an hour and a half reciting Quran and then the imam wud test us, hit us lol. I didn't like going when I was 15 I finally left. I was so caught up in other things I never really looked into Islam too much. Back then mosque education was simple ie learn to recite and with the ustadh hu beat u up with his stick lol. So I Neva learned too much about the deen. At school I messed about Alot and even got kicked out of a sixth form so I had to start the year later. I regret wasting so much to time playing useless video games, engaging in haram activities with friends. I'm now in uni and basically taken a year out becuz of family reasons. Now the family problem has gone and I have lots of spare time other than looking for a job I'm not doing much. But I over the last 4 months I've been learning Alot about islam watching speeches online of people like shayk riyad ul haq. And I learnt Alot, I also read books on the life of the prophet and ALOT of scholars and companions and was amazed with how great Islam is and how amazing our prophet peace be upon him is. For the last 3 months I have been trying to consistently pray 5 times prayers. This was a huge step for me becuz b4 I didn't even read juma and would avoid the mosque. One of the things I am really concerned about learning how to read the quran correctly. A friend told me that if u cannot recite with tajweed then u r sinful and that your prayers are not accepted. Now the way I learned originally was more of an Urdu way, the way they taught us to pronounce the Arabic letters. And we wasn't taught to make any difference in pronouncing for example alif and ayn, or the two ha letters. I was wondering if any 1 here know a place where I could learn correctly from Bradford? I know Bradford is filled with mosques lol but I'm 20 and was wondering if anywhere they hold classes for adults becuz i really need this preferably nee town centre as I don't live in Bradford and will take a train their as my local mosque dnt teach adults and the main imam is off for a while. I would really appreciate the help. If sum1 cud find a place for adults where I can learn the quran correctly preferably in Bradford centre (bd1/2/3) thus would be a huge help jaazaa kallah

Walaikum Salam jazaakallah brother for the help. I aprecciate it, I have been jammat on two occasions for 3 days each I did learn basic recital of surah Fatiha and a few others. But brother I am wanting to find proper classes for adults where I can learn the Quran with tajweed.I do not live in Bradford but just outside in a small town. But I don't really have anyone here doing proper classes of tajweed. Their are sum brother who teach but I would rather not learn from them as they seem to be really extreme and quick in calling people of other mosques kafir, I know its a sad situation. But coming to the point I dont have any place locally where I can learn. Also I don't mind going all the way Bradford as I already was doing this pretty much all last year for uni, friends etc so now I woudnt mind coming here to learn the Quran that's not a problem but I would prefer if it was close to town centre and if ur from Bradford maybe u wud know or could find out? Jazaakallah brother fr the help may Allah reward you. Some where close or even 15 mins from the city centre? I remember coming uni and seeing lots of mosques maybe they teach? Thnks for help
