I'm an aspiring Day Trader looking for Answers regarding the legitimacy of this Career in Islamic teachings. Thus far I believe Futures Trading is not Islamic based but currently unaware due to my lack of Islamic Knowledge. Thank You Inshallah !!! Brothers & Sisters in advance for your replies.

If I can see company X is quite profitable and it pays a dividend and I want to take advantage of it by buying a stake - lets say 15,000 shares (I buy them directly off the stock market) - the company is made up of 150,000 shares so I become owner of 10% of the company - is that gambling?
If so, please explain how. |
