Default How to spell those 2 Words/Sentences
Salamu Aleykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh dear brothers,

how is the sentence "Allah wa ta'ala hu Alam" written correctly?
And how is the word (Itaqillah (Fear Allah)) written correctly?

If your query is for arabic spelling, then I believe this is the spelling i got.

Ittaqillah:
اتَّقِ اللَّـهَ


I usually have heard 'Ittaqullah' as Fear Allah.

I asked Ml. AbuHajirah the difference.

ittaqullah
will be addressing many males to fear Allah
ittaqillah could be addressing one male or one female to fear Allah

And how is Allahu 'Aalam written when i add "ta'ala" or "wa ta'ala" to it?
