Inshallah, we will be mailshotting 800 UK masajids with an A3 poster (to be displayed on the masjid notice board) and a covering letter explaining the event and requesting the imam to announce the event after salaah. Any remaining posters will be distributed to other outlets such as fast food establishments.

Printing cost for 1000 A3 posters will be = £145
Mailing costs for 800 masajids will be = £436.08
Total = £581.08
Total including costs of the covering letter = £600 +/-

This project is completely 'fisabeelillah'. No one will be making a profit. Volunteers will be working without pay or expenses. All design work will be done for free.

Alhamdolillah we already have 2 business sponsors who will be donating £150 - £200. We require 1 to 2 more sponsors for this to go ahead.

The sponsors will have prominent space on the poster to promote their business. A donation of £200 divided by 1000 posters will mean that each advert will cost the sponsor just £0.20. And each poster will inshallah be viewed by hundreds of people attending the masajid and other venues.

according to brother umar there are still some boarding spaces left. i think around 20+ spaces. as to non-boarding spaces then i have been told that they can accomodate a large number of people and have the use of a bigger hall if needed.
