salaam everyone,
does ibaadat such as 4 rakat nafil with 50 times surah ikhlas in each rakat have any evidence in hadith or been prescribed by anyone?

These types of ibaadaat in special days are obviously found in some sources. However many of them have weak narrations, but since these ibaadats don't constitute our aqida, we don't rigorously look for authentic chains of narrations. So, if you see these types of prescribed ibaadats in authentic scholars like Imam Ghazali etc. Insh'Allah you will get the reward that is written if you follow up with them, however abstain from saying that, such ibaadats are from the Qur'an or Sunnah, or don't force people into doing such ibadaats as well, you may tell them about it and that's all. These are called Faza'il Amal, and their authenticity don't get rigorously criticized.
