Assalamu alaikum.
Islamically what would a fathers punishment be towards his daughter if he found out she had a boyfriend?
Let's say in 2 cases, one she had sex with the boyfriend & two she only kissed the boyfriend?
I know adulterers are to be stoned, but we can't really do that in Australia..

If my memory is correct, only the adulterers who are married are stoned. right?
Also it can be carried out Only in a place where Shariah is implemented.
Also one needs 4 people witnessing the actual 'act' of adultery to testify in Shariah court.

to add on top of what brother amr123 has mentioned, the four witnesses are those who are trustworthy only then their testimonials are accepted. Also the four witnesses must not plan to witness the act either individually or as a group. However, like brother amr123 has also mentioned, the stoning punishment is only for those who are married. For those aren't married, the punishment is to be lashed. Not sure though if all madzhabs would agree on 100 lashes or not.
