Default Need Arabic answer with english translation for this hadith (taraweeh)?

Yahya ibn Yahya al-Laythi, who related from his teacher Imam Malik, who related from Muhammad ibn Yusuf, who said that as-Saaib ibn Yazid said, "Umar ibn Khattab (Allah be pleased with him) ordered Ubayy ibn Ka'b and Tamim ad-Dari (Allah be pleased with them) to watch the night in prayer with the people for eleven rak'ahs. The reciter of the Qur'an would recite the Mi'in (a group of medium sized surah's) until we would be leaning on our staffs from having stood so long in prayer. And we would not leave until the approach of dawn.(Muwatta-Imam Malik)

This is the strong proof claim by salafi for taraweeh being 8 rakat.I need the refutation of salafi claim in arabic with english translation with references as i am in need to doc the entire thing,Or you can translate this refutation in arabic with exact references. Here is the link http://www.masud.co.uk/ISLAM/misc/8or20.htm
