Default Question about ishraq/ duha
I would like to know the proofs for the difference between ishraq and duha prayers. The time of duha falls within work time and I do not get a chance to pray it so can I combine it with ishraaq? I have heard some scholars consider it the same. Could somebody give me a detailed answer on this topic.

Jazakallah khairan

The time for Ishraq is right after sunrise and the time for Duha is after that, later on anytime in the morning. it's mentioned in Beheshti Zewar I think. However, according to the majority of opinions, including those of many Hanafi scholars, Ishraq and Duha both refer to the same prayer, i.e they're the same thing. That would indicate that if a person was to perform them as two separate prayers there are no real hard and fast rules about the exact time frame to perform them in.
