As-Salāmu `Alaykum brothers and sisters,

I think like many American (and/or Western) reverts, I am interested in emigrating to a Muslim-dominated or oriented nation. I have traveled a few areas of the world, only one was "Muslim" (Turkey and it was mainly secular when I went there in the mid-90s). I was wondering, inshallah, if someone knew of any legitimate relocation services or companies that could help professionals relocate. I am in law enforcement, with a unique type of law enforcement experience, and would fit well with a large company that has an internal (employee) investigations component (oil company, technology, etc). There are plenty of us white-collar folks that probably could fit in with a global company located in a Muslim country.

While I do not speak Arabic, I learned another language in a few years through self-education and semi-immersion. I believe I could do that, with somewhat more difficultly, with Arabic. Are there any headhunters/relocation services that help American Muslims, if we want to permanently leave? Jews have it...why don't we? I know I would probably be a second-class citizen anywhere, but that's ok, I'd rather do Allah's will that worry about status. Plenty of people come here and accept that.

Any ideas or starting points?
