Assalamu alaykum
I was looking at the variosu courses online. As sufa, ilm essentials etc. There are quite a lot. I like teh ones where yob learn arabic and then start studying ahanfi texts in arabic. Which ones will enable you to get a respected ijaza that will enable you to teach? I am hoping to get fard kifaayah knowledge inshALlah and there is no point getting this if you dont hope to benefit others with it so i need something taht has a respected ijaza. Id also like to cover hanafi usoo in teh future inshALlah, mainly from classical texts. Also, if I wish to travel and study for a few months at a time, for arabic to start with, where is good for that and again, with a respected ijaaaza and not a useless one. The ilm essentials course is 3 years. Does anyone know the weekly time table? Do they send books or is it printouts? id like books if possible. Im going to choose a courseinshAllah so would really like some help and input inshAllah |

Im currently enrolled in Shariah Program. Classes start in October but because I've already enrolled I have access to all their content and am currently on month 4 of the content.
For learning Arabic, SP is an absolute gem. You study one/two Fiqh books in the beginning of the second year but as I'm first year I don't know too much about that. As far as teaching is concerned, as far as I know there is nothing there to get you to teach others, although the instructor has said several times in lessons that he wishes his students to go and teach. SP is well respected in that students who finish the two years have a very very good knowledge of Arabic, the only thing holding them back is vocabulary but with a dictionary they can tear through any Arabic book. www.learnarabiconline.com is a website designed by one of the students of SP so you can get some idea of the understanding you will get. |

Im currently enrolled in Shariah Program. Classes start in October but because I've already enrolled I have access to all their content and am currently on month 4 of the content. Basically, watever the molvis in Deoband learn for Arabic in from Nahw to Balaghah, I believe Mufti Yusuf has compressed into his online course. I signed up twice and dropped out twice. Couldn't really cope alongside college. Hope that gives an idea of its intensive and 'fast and furious' pace... But if u really want serious stuff, its the way to go inshaa Allah... |
