Just want the verbatim translation of the following line.

دام تزویر مکن چون دگران قرآن را

"Lie traps won't degrade the value of Qur'an."

I guess..

lol i was under the impression it was about reciting the quran with proper tajweed and taking rest in the right places

Walikum Asalam,

I believe it is one of the lines of a couplet in Hafiz Sherazi's ghazal. I do not claim to understand Persian language properly but i think it means

دام تزویر مکن چون دگران قرآن را

"Do not make Quran the snare of deceit like others"
