![]() Brothers and sisters have a look at the comments on this news article: http://uk.news.yahoo.com/islamist-at...030835286.html That is not some ultra right wing website. It is a mainstream site. The comments on there are pretty much all anti-islamic and anti-muslim. It saddens me that so many non-muslims just don't have a clue about Islam and the media just makes things worse. How can we deal with this? I go to work and look like a muslim, I pray during my breaks and they know I am religious. I fear that people at work hate me. |

Salam Alaykum,
We are in the position of closeness to the Day of Judgment. As prophesied by Muhammad (Salla Allahu Alayhi Wa Sallam), the non-Muslims will gather to destroy us totally. Comments such as these are just the verification that their hearts are not afraid of the power of the Muslims, and that they think they can do anything they want to do to us at will. It is a matter of sadness, but it has to come to pass, and there is no other way that things will occur. |

Bismillah
NOt just this, take a topic which does not involve any violence and what can be more peaceful than prayers but these are the comments we can read http://news.yahoo.com/80-000-muslims...101524677.html It is the people who make such comments should feel ashamed. The west shows themselves as gentlemen but in reality they are worst in rascism, human violation or any sort of immoral acts. Perhaps the media wants to promote such comments. |

Salaamu alaikum,
It's a false dichotomy, a simple logical error. Just ignore it. I would have rather liked to see 80,000 Muslims praying in the streets of Paris: the French government recently prohibited street prayer in France, in yet another clear attack on its Muslim minority. Democracy is wonderful. They use it to attack the weak, then they gloat that it is the most just system of government ever invented. The American founders warned about this in the Federalist Papers (Madison, Hamilton, and Jay), arguing for federalism and against direct democracy. Salaam, Abu Marwan |
