Discovered this website today. They have a bunch of courses for free. I just started, so I haven't gotten into the meat of it yet, but it actually looks promising. I think it might be good for someone who wants to get some grounding in programming/development, but isn't necessarily in the field. No matter what your field is, some knowledge of programming can really give you a leg up over the competition.
