lol, no way. You expect 40 volumes to be scanned by some guy? But I know the ulama at Jamia Khulafa-ir-Rashideen , Karachi are compiling a takhreej work of a combination of Ahsanul Fatawa and Fatawa Mahmoodiyah in Inpage format. I'll see if I can get in touch with them and make a software for an online version.

fatawa mahmudiyah is a collection of haz.mufti mahmud hasan gangohi r.a's fatawa while fatawa mufti mahmud is a collection of mufti mahmud r.a(f/o mo.fazlurrehman sb-amir e MMA)from pakistan

That's something I'm not sure about, but that's why I'll speak to them insha'Allah. Alternatively, if you know someone in Khanqah Imdadia Ashrafia ( or Ashraful Madaaris , Karachi ) , you can get the number of Mufti Ahmed Mumtaz sahib Hafidhahullah ( the chancellor and principal of Jamia Khulafa-ir-Rashideen ) and ask yourself.

the old version of Fatawa Mahmudiya has been scanned and could be available. But the newer two versions Farooqiya and the other one (computerised) ones are not yet available. The old ones do not have baabs in sequence so it remains the challenge for the reader

Yes,Mufti Elias has completed a translation (3 volumes I think)...but as for an online version I haven't come across as yet.I would like to get a copy if anybody has one or knows where it can be downloaded from.
