Assalamu Alaykum,

Does anybody have a list of shops, here in England, that sell pure, quality attar with no form of alcohol, synthetic or otherwise? I am based in the Midlands and I am willing to travel a reasonable distance to purchase.

I don't know if he's from Scotland but you'll see yourself: his is the 'attar shop near the Markaz (not so near as the other shops, now he moved in front of Masjid Zakariyyah).

Man, you guys don't got it like we do out here in the US. We got Ittir sales every Jummah and it is off the chain! We got every thing you can think of in terms of ithar at almost any major mosque.

Has anyone from South Africa come across Afzal Fragrances (www.afzalfragrances.co.za). Are they legitimate in that are their oudhs, ambers etc free from alcohol, animal and other impermissible ingredients?

Stick to what you get around you, the real stuff is $5-10,000 an ounce as for oud from $15,000.

Has anyone from South Africa come across Afzal Fragrances (www.afzalfragrances.co.za). Are they legitimate in that are their oudhs, ambers etc free from alcohol, animal and other impermissible ingredients?

I have used their oudh. The quality of their products are very good
As far as ingredients are concerned you should contact Moulana Afzal directly. He is very knowledgeable about itar.
