Not ruling by shariah laws and instead choosing his green book as the guide which is full of kufr. Being involved in the rendition process of mujahideen captured in afghanistan/pakistan and then sent by the americans to be tortured by the libyans. Spilling the nuclear secrets of brother abdul kadir who tried to help them. |

The libyans did not rebel against him due to his not implementing shariah though some rebels were islamists and they rebelled against him due to some points I mentioned which were related to islam. i.e. ban on beard and lack of religious freedom.
His green book is some mashed up ideologies that he believed in. It was like considered holy by him and taught to all school kids. Saudis have not been involved in rendition process. They do torture mujahideen but were not officially involved in the rendition process unlike countries like libya, syria, morroco, pakistan just to name a few. what happens is mujahideen were captured and then taken to ghost prisons in these countries and then tortured. The americans did not want to get their hands dirty so they like outsourced the torture. This is all well documented. The other points I will have to dig up bro |

Its one of these things that you have to plan almost in secret, because as soon as you say youre going to change over from the dollar to something else, youre going to be targeted, says Ministry of Peace founder Dr James Thring. There were two conferences on this, in 1986 and 2000, organized by Gaddafi. Everybody was interested, most countries in Africa were keen. Gaddafi did not give up. In the months leading up to the military intervention, he called on African and Muslim nations to join together to create this new currency that would rival the dollar and euro. They would sell oil and other resources around the world only for gold dinars. It is an idea that would shift the economic balance of the world. A countrys wealth would depend on how much gold it had and not how many dollars it traded. And Libya has 144 tons of gold. The UK, for example, has twice as much, but ten times the population. If Gaddafi had an intent to try to re-price his oil or whatever else the country was selling on the global market and accept something else as a currency or maybe launch a gold dinar currency, any move such as that would certainly not be welcomed by the power elite today, who are responsible for controlling the worlds central banks, says Anthony Wile, founder and chief editor of the Daily Bell. So yes, that would certainly be something that would cause his immediate dismissal and the need for other reasons to be brought forward from moving him from power. And it has happened before. In 2000, Saddam Hussein announced Iraqi oil would be traded in euros, not dollars. Some say sanctions and an invasion followed because the Americans were desperate to prevent OPEC from transferring oil trading in all its member countries to the euro. A gold dinar would have had serious consequences for the world financial system, but may also have empowered the people of Africa, something black activists say the US wants to avoid at all costs. The US have denied self-determination to Africans inside the US, so we are not surprised by anything the US would do to hinder the self-determination of Africans on the continent, says Cynthia Ann McKinney, a former US Congresswoman. The UKs gold is kept in a secure vault somewhere in the depths of the Bank of England. As in most developed countries, there is not enough to go around. But that is not the case in countries like Libya and many of the Gulf States. A gold dinar would have given oil-rich African and Middle Eastern countries the power to turn around to their energy-hungry customers and say: Sorry, the price has gone up, and we want gold. Some say the US and its NATO allies literally could not afford to let that happen. ############### More on bankers are here. http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...ncial-collapse http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...nquered-Europe |

Not ruling by shariah laws and instead choosing his green book as the guide which is full of kufr. I can't understand how can people still go on calling Qadhdhafi a Muslim and giving him the right of a Muslim. Is being attacked by NATO enough to become a Muslim?! Notice here that Libya is ranked number 55 on the Human Development Index - higher than Russia, Malaysia, Iran, and many other countries as you can see on the chart.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...elopment_Index This is a list of all countries by Human Development Index as included in a United Nations Development Programme's Human Development Report (released on 4 November 2010, and updated on 10 June 2011), compiled on the basis of estimates for 2010. It covers 170 member states of the United Nations (out of 192)[nb 1], along with Hong Kong (of the People's Republic of China), and the Palestinian territories; 22 UN member states are not included due to lack of data. The average HDI of regions of the World and groups of countries are also included for comparison. The Human Development Index (HDI) is a comparative measure of life expectancy, literacy, education and standards of living for countries worldwide. It is a standard means of measuring well-being, especially child welfare. It is used to distinguish whether the country is a developed, a developing or an under-developed country, and also to measure the impact of economic policies on quality of life. The index was developed in 1990 by Pakistani economist Mahbub ul Haq[2] and Indian economist Amartya Sen.[3] Countries fall into four broad human development categories, each of which comprises 43 countries: Very High Human Development, High Human Development, Medium Human Development and Low Human Development. ************************************************** ************************************************** ************** Education Main article: Education in Libya Libya's population includes 1.7 million students, over 270,000 of whom study at the tertiary level.[174] Basic education in Libya is free for all citizens,[175] and compulsory to secondary level. The literacy rate is the highest in North Africa; over 82% of the population can read and write.[176] Al Manar Royal Palace in central Benghazi, University of Libya's first campus, founded by royal decree in 1955 After Libya's independence in 1951, its first university, the University of Libya, was established in Benghazi by royal decree.[177] In academic year 1975/76 the number of university students was estimated to be 13,418. As of 2004, this number has increased to more than 200,000, with an extra 70,000 enrolled in the higher technical and vocational sector.[174] The rapid increase in the number of students in the higher education sector has been mirrored by an increase in the number of institutions of higher education.[citation needed] Since 1975 the number of universities has grown from two to nine and after their introduction in 1980, the number of higher technical and vocational institutes currently stands at 84 (with 12 public universities).[174] Libya's higher education is mostly financed by the public budget, although a small number of private institutions has been given accreditation lately. In 1998 the budget allocated for education represented 38.2% of the national budget. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libya#Economy ************************************************** ************************************************** ************** On 4 March 2008 Gaddafi announced his intention to dissolve the country's existing administrative structure and disburse oil revenue directly to the people. The plan included abolishing all ministries; except those of defence, internal security, and foreign affairs, and departments implementing strategic projects.[82] In 2009, Gaddafi personally told government officials that Libya would soon experience a "new political period" and would have elections for important positions such as minister-level roles and the National Security Advisor position (a Prime Minister equivalent). He also promised to include international monitors to ensure fair elections. His speech was said to have caused quite a stir.[83] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muammar_Gaddafi Qaddafi, Muammar (1942–) Subject History Period 1000 - 1999 ť 1900-1999 DOI: 10.1111/b.9780631209379.1999.x Extract Head of state in Libya (1969–). A Bedouin, he was politically active at school, from which he was expelled for organizing a demonstration against the monarchy. Qaddafi then joined the army and was trained at the Benghazi Military Academy, passing out as an officer in 1966. Opposed to the monarchy, which he saw as subservient to British and American interests, he formed a Free Officers movement (in imitation of that in Egypt which had deposed King Faruq), which carried out a coup in 1969 when King Idris was in Turkey. A Revolutionary Command Council (RCC) of 12 members, with Qaddafi as its chairman, took over control of the country, ended the defence agreements with Britain and the US and their bases in Libya, closed the churches and introduced Islamic laws which forbade alcohol and gambling and imposed penalties of amputation for theft and stoning for adultery. Greatly influenced by nasser and the Ba'th Party, Qaddafi's ideas were an amalgam of Arab nationalism, socialism and Islam. He saw himself as a new Mahdi (Divinely Guided One), sent to lead the Islamic world. His ideas were most fully developed in the Green Book (green is the colour of Islam) where he put forward a Third Universal Theory, in opposition to communism and capitalism. It involved handing over power to the people in a .Jamahiriya (state of the masses). Political parties were banned, as they represented sectional ... http://www.blackwellreference.com/pu...20937918_ss1-1 Read more: http://www.savethetruearabs.proboard...#ixzz1bhsKRtzM |

Not really interested in arguing, but here are some videos in Arabic. Tee knows very good arabic, so he can watch these if he is so inclined. I'm going to post the contents thereof in order below. 1. Rejects the idea of sending salat on the Prophet , rejects his shafa'a. 2. Rejects the Sunnah of the Khalifa Rashidun and the Sunnah in general and polygamy 3. Calls the hijab 'the work of shaytan' 4. Says that not allowing anyone, regardless of religion, to go to the haram is kufr, so the vatican can make tawaf 5. compares Hadeeth Qudsi to the Talmud. There's more, but this should suffice. Anyone who views this and rejects Gaddafi's utter, blatant, pure kufr, claiming that he was still a Muslim- that person is teetering on the brink of riddah himself. You cannot say 'how do you know the proof was established,' because the Qur'an itself is a proof, and there are dozens of Libyan ulema, he could have asked any of them. You cannot say 'there may be a ta'weel,' because there is no ta'weel for calling hijab the work of shaytan or rejecting the Sunnah or comparing Hadeeth Qudsi to the Talmud. Have a pleasant day. ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************ MY REPLY: 1. Rejects the idea of sending salat on the Prophet , rejects his shafa'a. I know about these hadiths concerning sending salat on the Prophet (SAWS): In these hadiths, the Prophet (SAWS) described such a person as stingy - not a kaafir, right? 2. Rejects the Sunnah of the Khalifa Rashidun and the Sunnah in general and polygamy He said that the Quran says that marriage to only one wife is permitted. Did anyone ask him what he meant? 3. Calls the hijab 'the work of shaytan' I couldn't hear clearly the word that he said. He said that the hijab is an expression of something (I couldn't hear the word) and he said that that something (the word that I couldn't hear) is the act of Shaytaan. What was that word? 4. Says that not allowing anyone, regardless of religion, to go to the haram is kufr, so the vatican can make tawaf He said that the Jews and Christians should be allowed to perform tawaaf because of what Allah said in the Quran in the ayaat below. He said that the polytheists are najas (unclean) - not the Jews and the Christians. And he said that Allah called those who prevent people from performing the tawaaf, unbelievers. He then asked where in the Quran does it say that Jews and Christians cannot perform the tawaaf: إِنَّ أَوَّلَ بَيْتٍ وُضِعَ لِلنَّاسِ لَلَّذِي بِبَكَّةَ مُبَارَكًا وَهُدًى لِّلْعَالَمِينَ “The first sanctuary appointed for mankind was that at Bakka [Mecca] a blessed place, a guidance to the peoples” Aali-Imran, 96 جَعَلَ اللّهُ الْكَعْبَةَ الْبَيْتَ الْحَرَامَ قِيَامًا لِّلنَّاسِ وَالشَّهْرَ الْحَرَامَ وَالْهَدْيَ وَالْقَلاَئِدَ ذَلِكَ لِتَعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ “Allah hath appointed the Ka’ba, the Sacred House, a standard for mankind” Al-Maida, 97 يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِنَّمَا الْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌ فَلاَ يَقْرَبُواْ الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَـذَا وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ عَيْلَةً فَسَوْفَ يُغْنِيكُمُ اللّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ إِن شَاء إِنَّ اللّهَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ O ye who believe! Truly the Pagans are unclean; so let them not, after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty, soon will Allah enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for Allah is All-knowing, All-wise. Surely (as for) those who disbelieve, and hinder (men) from Allah´s way and from the Sacred Mosque which We have made equally for all men, (for) the dweller therein and (for) the visitor, and whoever shall incline therein to wrong unjustly, We will make him taste of a painful chastisement. (Quran 22:25) I have a question for you. Is interpreting verses of the Quran incorrectly the same as saying that the Quran is not from Allah or that the Quran does not have to be followed? Does interpreting the Quran without correct knowledge make one a kaafir? Does misinterpreting the Quran make one a kaafir? Do you realize how many people we will be calling unbelievers if we take this route? http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...645#post684645 |

brothers, Let's stop arguing about Gaddafi. Some scholars gave him benefit of a doubt that he may have made tawwbah some time before his death. Since we don't know the details, let's just bury the issue, and not get ourselves implicated by the fitna. Gaddafi did some good policies for his country but he also killed many of his political opponents, often without trials. The corpses of Gaddafi, his son and his former defence minister are rotting in the supermarket freezer since people keep coming in and the temperature is not cold enough to prevent the bodies from rotting. Now the visitors have to wear surgical masks because of the strong stench. I'm hoping that our brothers in Libya would follow the sunnah of the Prophet and let the bodies to be respected and laid to rest. |

May allah grant brother ghaddafi .. Jannatul firdous How can you make dua for someone like ghaddafi? Im goign to have husnal dhann of brothers on here and assume you guys dont know what sorts of things he actually did. I know libyan brothers personally who fleed libya in teh dead of teh night as ghaddafis men headed over to kill them for teh crime of being a practicing muslim. Believe me, if you dared to regularly pray fajr in the masjid you would disappear and noone would see you again. Igf ghaddafi is in hell allahu a'lam, but no doubt its a ni'mah that his evil has finished. Your all nice and cosy in your western homes, you have no idea how people suffered under the tyrants in north africa. THose guys are the ememies of Islam, how can anyone think anything of rulers who systematically tried to destory Islam? And you blame the libyan people for not treating his body islamicly? How are they supposed to know anything about islam when he regularly killed any scholars and put a stop to any sorts of study circles and abolished islamic schoolas and much more. this man hated islam. He said hijab is from shaytaan. Allahu mustaa'aan |

I looked for a puking smiley but couldnt find it. See also: LGBT rights in Libya and Women in Libya Libya's society became increasingly Islamic during Gaddafi's rule. Under the Libyan constitution, homosexual relations are punishable by up to 5 years in jail. A Westerner was shocked in 2005 to see Libyan society, saying it was:... a country without alcohol, where the population abides by strict codes of male-female conduct that require both sexes to stay virgins until marriage—there are no dance clubs, no bars, no young couples strolling down the street, holding hands...I go in search of the town hotspot and discover it to be the local internet café, where crowds of young men play video games, enter English-language chat rooms, and examine—however surreptitiously—Western porn sites. It takes me a few minutes to notice that there’s not a single woman in the place. Away from the progressive cities of Tripoli and Benghazi, women stay largely in the home, out of sight. A local man, Mahmud, tells me that women here aren’t allowed to see or interact with males outside of their immediate family, including any would-be husband." http://www.maravipost.com/-life-and-...011-part2.html |

I looked for a puking smiley but couldnt find it. Libya is one of the strictest countries in the Arab world, with a total ban on alcohol and drugs, neither of which are publicly available or can be brought into the country. The hotels have bars where locals, mostly men or just-married couples, come and sip an alcohol-free fruit juice cocktail. A few cafes in downtown Tripoli serve mint tea, juices and waterpipes, known locally as sheesha or narghilah, until later in the evening. The most popular are by the Ottoman clock tower inside the gate of the medina, the cafe in the park on Green Square and the beautiful Café Salim, Midan al-Gaza'ir in the Italian arcade opposite the former cathedral. Locals tend to go for an evening stroll on the promenade on the seafront and Green Square, or have a picnic in the little park. http://www.worldtravelguide.net/tripoli/nightlife MAYBE THIS IS WHY SOME DIDN'T LIKE HIM. |
