A request from a brother below about some initiatives that they can run in their masjid. Please provide comments if you can.

Salam
we are looking at setting up a youth council in Bury Masjid Khizra.
Sheikhul Hadith Hazrat Moulana Bilal Saabs Masjid and were looking for
ideas that other masjids have done and would like to hear about
success stories and results. We would especially like to know about
obstacles and how they were resolved. Types of programmes that have
been run, youth programmes , especially masturaat stuff and how they
were managed and the consistecy of projects.
