I think Mumtaz Mufti has mentioned him in one of his books. Qudrat Ullah Shahab also used to meet him.

shaykh abdul mabood gilani rh has a khalifah called hazrat kiyal muhammad saab db who sent a letter to zia ul haq not to leave his house for x number of days. Zia ul haq saab did not listen and was then assassinated. The letter is in the possesion of general zia's family. Hazat kiyal muhammad saab was also a khalifah of syed abdul hamid hurmuzi rh the khalifah of maulana ashraf ali thanvi rh from waziristan. Maulana Kiyal muhammad saab was given 125k isme zaat and full recitation of dalail ul khairat daily. If anybody knows more then they can mention it.
