Taxing grains? But why? And why protect foods high in fat? Because carbs drive up insulin levels which is the real cause of people getting fat. If you want to experience this for yourself, drop all carbs from your diet or restrict them a lot, and eat protein and good fats. You will lose weight. Fats such as butter and olive oil don't cause you to get fat; they are actually healthy. |
