Default Ṣalāt al-Jumuʿah encouraged for women?
I know that Ṣalāt al-Jumuʿah is considered mandatory (either fard or wajib) for men. For women, is it considered mustaḥabb or mubāḥ?

What is the age or stage in life where it becomes mandatory for men (and not young boys, for example)?

You will get reward for praying Jumu'ah, but you'd be rewarded more if you stay at home. Thus, it is Mandub/Mustahabb, but not better than praying Dhuhr at home.

As for men, it becomes obligatory at the same time everything else becomes obligatory: puberty, which is defined by the ability to ejeculate (sorry for the language), usually through a wet-dream. Schools usually have jumu'ah facilities, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Do you mean Ṣalāt al-Jumuʿah earns me more reward (as a woman) than praying at home? Or I'm rewarded more if I stay at home (and don't attend Ṣalāt al-Jumuʿah)?

You are rewarded more for staying at home and praying Dhuhr -- though both are praiseworthy.
