Default Eating at HFA certified takeaways/Restaurents
Salam,

Sometimes it is very hard to find HMC certified takeaways in some areas of the UK but HFA certified takeaways are available as alternative. HFA are dodgy but do they fall under Haram category, e.g. 40 days of prayers being not accepted, duas being rejected because of eating one morcel of haram food.

this is their website

Brother the meat from HMC and HFA is very doubtful. One may have a lesser degree of haraam in it than the other.

If there is no option and you go to the takeway why don't you just stick to the fries. And watch out even then, you can never trust these supposed "halaal" takeaways.

Some people will disagree with my opinion so just do what Moulana Taliban said "If its dodgy then leave it."

On what basis are you saying so regarding HMC?

Brother nowadays you can't trust anyones meat. Nowadays you have to be very thorough in regards to eating meat. Also if you notice I did say very doubtful. I do not say it is Haraam.

As the scholars said, if we let unjustified doubts overwhelm us, all we will have is the water that drops from the sky.

HMC meat you can trust...Their method of slaughter and their attention to detail is far better then what other 'organisations' claim...

Muslims should not DOUBT HMC approved meat,

Yes brother, but I would like to know on which basis you say so.
Is there anything in the certification rules by HMC which you deem to be wrong, or you're just not keen on trusting anyone (for example the store owner may be dishonest) - but that wouldn't be responsiblity of HMC..

I'm asking because I don't live in UK, but I've always heard good things about HMC by all practising Muslims and scholars I know; it's like the most trustworthy Halal certification and monitoring agency, so I wouldn't have expected to hear someone saying that it's very doubtful.

Brother I am just not keen on trusting anyone. I have also heard from a close friend of mine that HMC have a small risk of haraam chickens. I am afraid of eating meat from that small percentage.

However HMC's meat is much more halal than other poultry companies. Brother in this era you have to doubt any meat which you consume.
