Brothers and sisters, I am looking for an audio of the following dua, so I can learn the proper tajweed on it... however I have googled and YouTube'd but cannot seem to find a recording of this dua.

If anyone can help me find some sort of an audio/video of this dua, (or possibly record and upload one somewhere?), I would really appreciate it.

This is the dua:

Allahumma inni a`udhu bika min al-`ajzi wa al-kasal wa al-jubni wa al-bukhl wa a`udhu bika min munkarati al-akhlaqi wa al-ahwa’

(O Allah! I seek refuge in You from feeling of helplessness, laziness, cowardice and *****rdliness; I also seek refuge in You from all despicable traits and whims).

There is a similar Dua mentioned in Bukhari.

اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَ الْحَزَنِ ، وَ الْعَجْزِ وَ الْكَسَلِ ، وَ الْبُخْلِ وَ الْجُبْنِ ، وَ ضَلَعِ الدِّيْنِ وَ غَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ

Allahumma inni a'udhubika minal hammi wal hazan, wal 'ajzi wal kasal, wal bukhli wal jubn, wa dhala'id-dayni wa ghalabatir rijaal

O Allah! I seek refuge in You from grief and sadness,
from weakness and from laziness,
from miserliness and from cowardice,
from being overcome by debt and from being overpowered by men (other people)
[Sahih al-Bukhari 7:158]
