maulaana mudathir khalil is from antwerp i think. His father muhammad khalil saab is pretty well known amongst the khatme nabuwat and deobandi people as he hosted many of the major ulema. I don't think he has his own masjid but he runs a makhtab for kids between 5-7pm and some classes for adults. He is looking for a place for a masjid but told me that unfortuntely many of the people in Belgium who he knows sell alchohol etc and thus their means of sustenece is not halal and cannot be used for funding a masjid. He is a very humble person and hides himself a lot. Do you live in Belgium brother ansari? I can put you in touch with him if you want inshallah.
