 Hadith status of last 3 verses of Surah al-Hashr
 Can anyone help to know is there any hadith as below? What is the status(Authentic/ Weak) of this hadith? One who recites last 3 verses of Surah al-Hashr, 70,000 angels are instructed to supplicate on his behalf.  advance

  Ma'qal ibn Yasser (radiAllahu anhu) reports the the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) as saying; "he who recited the last three verses of surah al-Hashr in the morning after saying; “A’oodhu Billaah is-samee’ il-‘aleemi min as-Shaytaan ir-rajeem ” three times (I seek refuge with Allaah, the All-Hearing, All-Knowing, from the accursed Shaytaan) for him Allah will appoint seventy-thousand angels to beseech mercy for him until the evening, and if he dies the same day he will be given the status of a martyr, and if he recites the verses in the evening the same will be done for him till morning" [at-Tirmidhi, Darmi]  He is Allah, than Whom there is La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He) the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen (open). He is the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. (59:22) He is Allah than Whom there is La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He) the King, the Holy, the One Free from all defects, the Giver of security, the Watcher over His creatures, the All-Mighty, the Compeller, the Supreme. Glory be to Allah! (High is He) above all that they associate as partners with Him. (59:23) He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor of all things, the Bestower of forms. To Him belong the Best Names . All that is in the heavens and the earth glorify Him. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. (59:24) |

brother amr123 for your reply. I want to know is this hadith Authentic or Weak? I mean Saheeh or daef?

I m not sure if its sahih or daeef. Doesn't the scholars say that daeef hadith can be acted upon if its a good deed. |

wa rahmatullah, One source I found was Ibn al-Suni, pg 184, with weak chain of authority, as stated by Mufti taqi `Uthmani (HA) (pg 6) |
