Salam Alaikum

i want to know the correct procedure of performing Sunnah e Mukkadda as i have heard that it is requierd to recite Al-Fatiha followed with a recitation from any other section from the Quran in all four Rakaah, alongwith supplication praising God in start of first and third Rakaah.

i have also heard that after second Rakkah while sitting it is required to recite tashahhud + Durood Ibrahimi + Dua than stand for third Rakkah.

You have to add a surah to the third and fourth raka'ats after reciting Faatihah in 4 raka'ah sunnah salah whereas you only recite Faatihah in the third and fourth raka'ats of fardh salah. That is the only difference. You do not recite durood and du'aa in second raka'ah nor do you recite thana more than once in the entire salah.
