Default 18 Year Old Pakistani Muslim-but been involved in homosexuality for 3 years
Hi, A pakistani muslim born a muslim family in the uk.

but from the ages of 14-17, i have been involved in many gay activities. However, the last time I was involved was around 6 months ago and inshallah and I will never be doing it again.

Looking back on this now, I am wholeheardledly devestated and horrified of the disgusting things which I took part it. I throughly regret every second of it.

My parents have no idea, and I pray that God does not punish them. But I am even more scared now since I have read that Islam, the penalty for homosexuality is death. I am living in england under UK law so I don't know whether that applies.

Either way, I am gutted for my errors and I need guidence for what to do, and how to live the rest of my life (if I have a future).

Jazakallah.

Dear Brother,

May Allah remove all evils from your life and give you a peaceful life insha'Allah.

You can start your new life by listening to the speeches found here: www.tasawwuf.org

The first thing you must do is tauba- repent with all sincerity to Allah (SWT).
Yes, the punishment is death for conviction of gay sexual intercourse, however, for your case is as such. If no one but you and those you engaged with know of your deeds, and of course Allah SWT, then so far Allah SWT has covered your bad deeds from the public and family.
Thank Allah for that Mercy, for all of your deeds could be spilled onto the internet or gossip around your community or family, ruining your life.

Keep these deeds secret until you die, and may Allah accept your sincere repentence.

Masha'Allah brother one can feel the regret in your words.

Indeed those sins are very serious, but Allah can forgive anything: make tawbah to Allah, have the firm resolution and intention of never committing that sin again, and move on with life.
Never lose hope in the mercy of Allah!

Hadith:
O son of Adam, as long as you call upon Me and put your hope in Me, I have forgiven you for what you have done and I do not mind.

O son of Adam, if your sins were to reach the clouds of the sky and then you would seek My forgiveness, I would forgive you.

O son of Adam, if you were to come to Me with sins that are close to filling the earth and then you would meet Me without ascribing any partners with Me, I would certainly bring to you forgiveness close to filling it.

Qur'an:

(39:53) Tell them, (O Prophet): “My servants who have committed excesses against themselves, do not despair of God's Mercy. Surely God forgives all sins. He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Remain steadfast in the path you've taken now and shatter the path you used to walk on.
