Waheeduddin Khan misleads Muslims regarding Hazrat Esa (pbuh)
Friday, 23 September 2011 Hyderabad, INDIA, September 23: A copy of English translation of the Holy Quran is being freely distributed by some people in Hyderabad, two ayash of which have created apprehensions among Muslims. Regarding the printing and publishing of this Quranic translation it has been stated that the translation has been done by Waheeduddin Khan while lexicography (tadween) is by Farah Khanum. This copy has been published in 2009 and the publishers are “Goodword Books", New Delhi while the printing was done at Replica press Pvt. Ltd. In the interpretation of the ayah number 55 of Surah Al-Imran and ayah number 117 of surah Al-Maeda it has been stated that Hazrat Esa (pbuh) has died (God forbid). While scholars of Islam unanimously believe that Allah has raised Hazrat Esa (pbuh) alive unto Himself. It is not out of place to mention here that Qadiyanis too believe that Hazrat Esa (pbuh) is dead (God forbid). Siasat news |

Also, for more blatant mistakes by Vahiduddin Khan, please see: http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...fs...&p=496405 However, to be fair, a difference of opinion does lie regarding if his "raising" up equates to "death" or not. But this is not the reason for his translation and the real agenda is all to clear for anyone who is familiar with his writings. The reason for him adopting this interpretation is so that he can use it to cast doubt upon his second, physical return to Earth again; a matter that is proven explicitly by mutawaatir hadiths and implicitly by verses of the Qur'an, according to Ahl al-Sunnah. Those who are not familiar with this fact, or are just plain gullible, will be deceived by Vaheeduddin Khan into thinking that if he died, then how can he physically return? And this is exactly why he has adopted this interpretation. What should be asked of him is the following: Of those Sunni scholars who opined that he "died", how many of them denied his physical return back to Earth? |
