assalamu alikum ,few frnds of mines and me has planned to start a engineering consulting firm,sowe planned for two roles:
1)As a consultant
General meaning of consultant:
Consultants are individuals who typically work for themselves but may also be associated with a consulting firm. They, for a fee, gives advice or provides a service in a field of specialized knowledge or training. Most consultants carry their own life and health insurance, pay their own taxes, most have their own tools and equipment. The consultant can work alone or with the client's staff.
so as a firm we willl get money from them and provide technical support to them
2)as a consult staffing company
a company that provides consultants to clients. This is particularly common in the technology sector. Consultants are often called contractors in the technology sector in reference to their employment contract.
when a client demands their need for man power ,we will select few peoples and make them to work for that client ,for that client will give us some percent of money
1st doubt is we are from different areas ,so how to share the profit and loss among us.Like one of my friend is doing design ,one in doing manpower,if the one who does manpower gets more income than one who does design ,still we have to share it among us equally or we can have some percentage of sharing
2nd doubt is as consultant staffing company ,is it still permissible to do so,so what are things we have to taken in consideration.Usually consulting staffing company wont take responsible for problems or damages caused by consultant whom we have hired to the client.can u please give a detailfatwa of this
