Whatever you do, try to get it from the Hadeeth. There are so many adhkar in ahadeeth and inshaAllah doing them will give a double reward (one for the dhikr; secondly for the intention of acting specifically on what Rasoolullah taught). There are a LOT of adhkar narrated in Ahadeeth so just choose those which you'll be constant upon. There is a lot of emphasis in the ahadeeth on being consistent on any amal, even if it is less. So best to start with less, and then gradually build, but make sure youre still doing it the day you leave this world to meet Allah . Maybe some one can give a link to a book on the adhkar mentioned in the ahadeeth. |

I'm trying to figure out something like this as well. I used to do something similar to the Tijani wird, but one needs authorization to acutually do that. I'd need some basic wird or so, that a non-initiated Muslim can do, on a daily basis. I'm thinking of the Tasbih-e-Fatima (ra)...any ideas/advice?
