What if someone in the Masjid and someone is praying in the back with no visible sutra in front of them. Is it a sin to walk in front of them? http://www.islam.tc/cgi-bin/askimam/...=7520&act=view 1. Q: What is the ruling of walking in the Musjid in front of a person performing Salaat? A: If a person is performing Salaat in a big Musjid, it will be permissible for one to walk two or three rows in front of the person who is performing Salaat. If it is a small Musjid, then it will not be permissible to walk in front of the person who is performing Salaat. A big Musjid is, at least, 335 square meters or more. A big Musjid is, at least, 335 square meters or more For anyone like me, that's:
1.3 × area of a doubles tennis court ( 2808 ft^2 ) 1.7 × area of a singles tennis court ( 2106 ft^2 ) 2.1 × area of a volleyball court ( 162 m^2 ) Taken from WolframAlpha http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=335+square+meters |
