For a Muslim woman who covers herself utterly, what are the chances of her finding a job or dare I say, career, without compromising her religion? An autie of mine is on the board of trustees for a community and volunteer group, a charity but has grants, funds and methods of generating income. She is also studying to be a counsellor and part of the 4th year of her course must co-deliver courses and take on 'patients' [if that is the correct word] and conduct a certain number of sessions in the final year. later she intends to have her own practice. Most likely for women. It is a career that with an employee can earn £25,000 - £40,000 and as your own practice can earn more. |
