Salam , Can you please tell me that whether it is allowed in islam to have stuff that has cartoons or any other living stuff drawn over it? Examples may include a t-shirt with a small crocodile logo on it, a bottle with a human painted on it or a pen ,a keychain ,etc...
The reason i am asking this question is because i am looking to buy some headphones for my laptop but the problem is that the headphones has a small skull type thing designed over it. This is not the first time i am facing the dilemma of not buying something just because it has something that resembles a living thing draw over it, i even refused to wear a jacket once because it had a small dragon drawn over it, you know just the outline. So can you please clear this confusion for me and tell me what is the definite islamic ruling over it?

usually the print on plastic/metal objects can be very easily scratched off with the tip of a knife.

Or you can wear thobs, lungi, shalwar kameez.. Lots of great choices. or get them custom made.
