السلام علیکم موحترم ... میرا سوال یہ ہے کے اگر نکاح ہوجانے کے بعد کب تک رخصتی ہوجانی چاہئیے ؟ اگر ١٠ سال تک بھی رخصتی نہ ہو تو یہ نکاح قائم رہتا ہے کیا ؟

NB. Rukhsati is when the wife leaves her parent's home and moves in with her husband.
