i have a really serious question.
my father fell ill with cancer! he seems liked shocked and dont want to handle it...
he beliefs in Allah to heal him , but Allah (swt) also says us that we have to take
medicine to get healthy! I am worried. If the worst thing would happen e.g. death is this suicide?....

Since taking medicine is not farz, it won't be suicide. But it is sunnah to do ilaaj. To fulfill the Sunnah he should take حبة سوداء, insha'Allah Allah will give Shifa.

may ALLAH ta'aala bless your father with complete shifa. amin. i think umrah will be fantastic...about 12 years ago one of my relatives suffering from a serious desease went for umrah when the doctors predicted that he has only 24hrs of life left... and alhamdulillah he came back completely cured in fact he is so well, he just had another child a little while back!
