If someone has a tattoo, is his ghusl valid?

Do you know that Rasool Allah has cursed those who have tattos?

لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ -ابو داود

Don't know about the Ghusl. If the tatoo is over the skin then ghusl won't valid otherwise it will be.

I know bro but I know a LOT of people who have them and someone brought it up in masjid today... the ink of tattoo's are under the skin, not above so the ghusl is valid?

I remember reading an answer relating to tatoo in Sunnipath I think.
One can assume that they don't have to repeat ghusul but for every wudu have to be repeated for ever waqti salaat if one can't afford to remove the tatoo.
