Saudi has to do something. Saudi ulama have already said that other countries should follow local sighting and not to follow Saudi - yet people choose what they want to listen to. Once the moon is announced, everyone says سمعنا واطعنا but tell them about the fatawa from the Saudi ulama, everyone says سمعنا وعصينا. |

when I 'm in my country I follow the local sighting for the month of zul hijjah. When I went for Hajd I'd no other option than following Saudi because I was located there even if their sightings may be faulty. On a different note can you please explain they sighted the moon yesterday when it was around 12hours old and the moon set was 4 mins after sunset? Remember I don't have any problem with global sighting but we should be certain that the sighting is correct. Ayaz |
