what's the situation there now? is it all happily ever after, now the young turks have their freedom?

the ummah is a long way from freedom. this is an age of biting oppression. Getting rid of one layer doesnt mean much.

we are firstly oppressing ourselves by being away from practicing our deen.

then there are the misguided and astray who confuse and misguide.

then there are the agents and secular rulers who wish to extinguish the light of this deen

on top of that the 'world powers' are like hawks fearing the day the ummah awakens and doing what they can to delay it.

don't know who that is sorry. tunisia and egypt just aren't in the news anymore (not that i even watch tv news) but it seems to have petered out....
