Default Will get the trousers get Najas if.....
Assalamu Aleikum Wr Allah Wb

Bismillah

I heard from many people, that the trousers get Najas if they touch the ground of the bathroom, is this correct?

It means if i make Wudhu in the bathroom and my trousers touches by mistake the ground?

I dont know any Ahadith of it so i wanted to ask you.

And i saw many people who fold their trousers to the top before they go to bathroom!

No.

If the floor is polluted with impurities such as urination or feces, and then your clothes/skin get in contact with it, then it will get impure.

Which bathroom are we talking about? The one in your house or a public one?

I don't know if the same is true in the shafii madhab, but if it's your bathroom in your own house, I think you can assume the floor is clean, unless there are young children in the house who might urinate on the floor by accident.

OK, well in any case, my personal advice is, if it's your own house, don't worry even if the floor is wet. I'm sure your family members are clean and civilized and don't leave any najaasa on the floor. However, for public bathrooms, I would do my best to make sure my clothes do not touch the floor. I don't know where you live, but I live in America, and public bathrooms are usually filthy, especially if it's a large building with many people. Most of these people are like animals, leaving urine and feces all over the floor. I don't understand why they're like this. I even try my best not to use a public bathroom unless it's an emergency.

Your trousers shouldn't hung that low, in the first place. Any trousers/qamis/izaar/jallabiya has to remain above the ankles.
This way - other than following a necessary sunnah, you will also avoid all these problems with najasat on the floor!
