Can anybody tell what is the source of following hadith? Status of following hadith?

He who prays behind a pious, it is as if he prayed behind a Prophet.

BTW when i get busy sometimes i skip 4 rakats of sunnah before Zuhr farad. few days ago i came across a hdith which is saying

He who skip/leave the 4 rak’ah before Zuhr, my intercession will not reach him

Can you tell what is the status of that? I am worried about this.

Despite of the hadiths grading, if you get very busy sometime, you may left sunnah prayers, but try your best.

Is there any information about mentioned hadith? Bcaz i have seen sometimes people say something like mentioned hadith and i got worry. Can anyone please clarify about following hadith? I mean Saheeh / daef/ fabricated? It is saying intercession will not reach to them who leave 4 rak’ah before Zuhr.
