السلام عليكم
I have recently come up with an idea for a business I've set up. I consulted with my family, as well as finding something similar to what I had intended which has shown to be a success. So having done my research I went on to do Salaat-ul-istikhaara. For the first two days I was the same, the third day however I had a dream. Problem is I'm not sure if the dream was a true dream, or it was a random dream, and if it was a true dream if it was a good one or a bad one. I've heard you shouldnt say what your dreams are, so I will just give the general gist. I was afraid in the dream a little of what I had to do, but I had no choice but to continue. Even though I was afraid in the dream and it seemed bad, in the bigger picture, things actually were going well and despite my own fears everyone else in the dream was happy and the whole dream was showing success but fear on my part. Now that's very vague I know but I dont know what to interpret that as, I dont even know if it was a true dream or not. Should I continue to do salaat-ul-istikhaara for another 4 days? Or should I base my actions on the dream I had? Im really not sure. As I said my family think its a good idea as do I, and something similar has been done and proven to be a success, but that doesnt really mean much if Allah knows it's not for me. |
