Do you read the following surah (possibly??) after Tashahhud during the final rakaat of reading namaz being ending???

'Rubidge Ulnee Mookemus Salate..etc etc

A lot of muslims I know read this but I just cant find it anywhere online or in books that have a translation of what it means or where its from?!?
