Default Is Tire Refund/Replacement Certificate Permissible?

I'm buying some tires and would like to know if something like this would be permissible:

Step 1 Purchase Certificates with today's tire purchase.
Step 2 In case of tire damage, call us to arrange the free replacement of your tire.
Step 3 Have your new tire shipped to you at no cost.

Is this similar to insurance which isn't necessary?

I wouldnt take fatwa from a shia. I feel it would be better not to take the certificate, its much safer. Consulte a mufti. Allahu a'lam

Are you factoring in the potential costs of repair into the first purchase of the brand new tire?

Will all these terms be made clear up front?

I believe that theres ‘ gharar (uncertainty) involved here. What if nothing happens to the tyre? For how long will this indemnity (buyers side)period last?
