I know SF runs on Vbulletin. Now who are the hosts?, how easy is it to setup run and supervise the forum? How much does it cost? and who do you pay? Please some guidelines will be appreciated ...

First try to gather as much info on www.vbulletin.com as possible, and if then other questions are still open feel free to ask.

1. You need to register domain
2. Buy server or space
3. Buy vbulletin, we have phpbb and bbpress for free and are also good

thats it, its quite easy to setup forum, you can read installation file. Just need to know how and where to create database username and password and the file where we need to copy it.
