Allah will grant you the most rewards if you recite the Du'as found in the Quran and the Ahadith of The Prophet SAWS. If you wish to invent a Du'a or take a Du'a from some scholar then you will also receive a reward based on the text of the Du'a as well as your intentions, if this Shia Du'a you talk about has no Shirk or corruption in it then there is no problem if you recite it.

Better stick to the ones that the Prophet SAWS said to get the most rewards.
