Asalaamoaliykum Brothers and Sisters,
I was listening to a recitation by a sister from back home (Pakistan). Before that she recited the following: x1 Rabbish rahli sadri wa yas-sir li amri wahloul uqdatam mil-lisaani yafqahu qawli (Surah Taha, ayahs 25-28) x3 Rabbi zidni ilma (Surah Taha, its in ayah 114) x3 Allahumma faqehna fideen (Not in the Qu'ran.....Where is this from?) x1 Allahumma inni as aluka ilman na'fian wa amalam mutaqabbalan wa rizqan tayyiba (Again, not in the Qur'an, where is this from?) x1 Allahumman fa'ni bima allamtani wa allimni ma yanfa'ni wa zidni ilma (???) x1 Allahuma inni auzubika min ilmillah yanfa'u wa min qalbillah yakhsha'u wa minafsillah tashba'u wa min da'watillah yusajabu laha (??) I know where the first two from, but the rest I don't know whether they are from the hadith or not, but they are definitely not in the Qur'an Sharif. Can someone please tell me or find out where it is from with translation if possible. This sister who was reciting it, she recites it in the beginning of every lesson (she teaches kids to memorise the Qur'an). Jazak'Allah Walaiykum Asalam. |
