Default Q. about Quran's pronuncation, recitation, etc
Assalaamu Alaikum
While teaching about Islam from stage or from TV, many people say Ayats from the Holy Qur'an. But they often say the Ayaats quickly (i.e, the speed is that of normal, gentle sentences, which can be understood but has no tunes). Is it OK?

as long as the pronunciation of makharij and tajweed is correct, there is nothing wrong with it. Even if the tajweed is not 100% but the speaker is in habit of rectifying and correcting himself, it will be fine.
