Default Request to check the spelling

I had to type out supplications of Salah for our students. Before we hand it over I want to make sure there are no mistakes. I checked the text over and over dozens of times. For further verification, it would be beneficial if any brothers/sisters can check the file for possible spelling error. Side comments are also welcomed. Here is the file:

Edit: This file is the final corrected edition.

May Allah reward you greatly for taking the time to check the file. The things I will say perhaps will shock you:

  1. Those strict rules of tajweed are not necessary for none-Quranic text. Yes, one may read them just like he "recites" the verses of Qur'an with full tajweed, however, it is not a must. Accurate makharij, 2 counts of mudud, and idgham are sufficient for hadith sourced Dua'. That's why they are written according to modern "rasmul khat".
  2. Final supplication of the prayer is from Qur'an. It is written according to Madinan Mushaf. Because there is incomplete/slight idgham, shadda is not placed on top of waw.

Once again

Once again

But those who don't know the rules of Madina Mushaf then they will recite "salawaati"( I don't know whether the meaning will change or not?)

You are right. In Madinan Mushaf, dagger alif doesn't have the functionality of fatha like it does in Indo-Pak or Turkish styles. We teach our students based on Madinan style, so that shouldn't be a problem.

So you should make a note for people like me who don't understand this.
