Default questions regarding fazail amal
the prophets never had independent knowledge of the unseen.

“Say: “None in the heavens and the earth knows the Ghaib (Unseen) except Allaah, nor can they perceive when they shall be resurrected”

[al-Naml 27:65]

“And with Him are the keys of the Ghayb (all that is hidden), none knows them but He. And He knows whatever there is in the land and in the sea; not a leaf falls, but He knows it. There is not a grain in the darkness of the earth nor anything fresh or dry, but is written in a Clear Record”

[al-An’aam 6:59]

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) explained these keys as referring to five things which are mentioned in Soorat Luqmaan, where Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Verily, Allaah, with Him (Alone) is the knowledge of the Hour, He sends down the rain, and knows that which is in the wombs. No person knows what he will earn tomorrow, and no person knows in what land he will die. Verily, Allaah is All‑Knower, All‑Aware (of things)”

[Luqmaan 31:34].

Everything that the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) has told us about the unseen, past, present and future, such as the beginning of creation, the resurrection, Paradise, Hell, the signs of the Hour, the angels and the Prophets, all of that is by revelation (wahy) from Allaah, as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Nor does he speak of (his own) desire. It is only a Revelation revealed” (al-Najm 53:3-4)

“This is of the news of the Unseen which We reveal unto you (O Muhammad)” [Hood 11:49]

“Say (O Muhammad): ‘I don’t tell you that with me are the treasures of Allaah, nor (that) I know the Unseen; nor I tell you that I am an angel. I but follow what is revealed to me.’” [al-An’aam 6:50]

so it is obligatory to believe everything that Allaah has told the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) concerning the unseen and other matters, for he is the one who tells the truth and is to be believed. Whoever disbelieves him, even if it is with regard to only one report that he knows to be sound (saheeh), becomes an apostate thereby, if he is Muslim.

why dont you answer the other points in fazaail amaal which are horrendous lies and which your moulanas have agreed but say it is for encouragement.

what about the story of the sinking ship?

what do you mean why am i wasting my time answering and who are you to say i have made up my mind?

what was the point of my post? to hear answers

Rasullah SAW was a bashar and his knowledge is given to him by Allah. Do you recall the story of Musa (AS) where this pious individual broke the boat, repaired a wall. Are you going to accuse him of Shirk since the knoweldge which is not apparent was revealed to him by Allah in advance.
Anyway, instead of sitting with scholar, you seems to have made up your mind. Why am even wasting my time responding?

I remember a thread where somebody on authority from Mufti Ibraheem Sahab Desai (DB) had asked for various objections to Traditions used in Fada-il-e-A'amal. The OP here will be a nice document to send there.

Make your objections CLEAR & SPECIFIC if it has not been covered below:

Answering Specific Objections of Fadhail-e-Amaal

Usage of Weak Ahadeeth in Fadhail-e-Amaal

Specific Objection on the Hadeeth of 15 about Salah (A)

Specific Objection on the Hadeeth of 15 about Salah (B)

Aqeedah of Ahlus-Sunnah Wal-Jamaah about Karamat of Auliya

Miracles experienced by the Salaf

Excessive worship by the Salaf like reading Qur'aan in one Rakaat of Salah etc.

Narrations of visualising the unseen

The Grave of the Prophet is more Blessed than the Ka'ba & Arsh

Fazail-e-Aamal and interpretation of dreams

Do not try to understand the Qur'aan or you will go astray!

Fazail-e-Aamal objections summarised from True Life blog

Bringing it all together for "Western Muslims" requires going beyong the article by Darul-uloom Deoband and thats where I have failed...This is another project in the long line of projects which I need to work now.

But the material above should be enough to refute many of the objections of Fadhail-e-Aamaal, Insha'Allah.

Unfinished work which Insha'Allah will be finished.

Answering Specific Objections on Tableeghi Jamaat and its methodology

What is Tableegh and what is the evidence for it from the Qur’aan and Sunnah?

Does a person have to be a scholar to do Tableegh?

Where is the evidence for going out 3 days or 40 days in the Sunnah?(Answer 1)

Where is the evidence for going out 3 days or 40 days in the Sunnah?(Answer 2)

Why do Tableeghees use Ayaat of the Qur'aan & Ahadeeth which refer to Jihad for encoraging people to go in Tableegh?

Endorsements of Tableeghi Jamaat by Salafi Scholars
